By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing the game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms.

If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the application and services and must discontinue use immediately.

• Guest Mode: You may play in guest mode using a temporary local identifier. Guest progress is stored locally and will be lost if you clear your app cache or uninstall the application unless linked to a Google account.
• Google Authentication: You may link your Google account for secure cloud synchronization. You agree to maintain the security of your credentials and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access.
• Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and maintain your profile appropriately.

All contents of Dhaga—including but not limited to interactive narrative storylines, scripts, character dialogues, visual artworks, voice pitch configurations, audio effects, sound tracks, UI designs, codebases, and brand logos—are the exclusive intellectual property of Dhaga and Alok Studio and are protected under international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

• Virtual Coins & Points: Coins and decision points accumulated within the game are purely digital, virtual in-game metrics designed for story progression and chapter unlocking. They hold zero real-world cash or monetary value and cannot be redeemed, refunded, or transferred.
• Earning Mechanics: Players can earn virtual coins through daily check-in streaks, reading achievements, and optional rewarded video advertisements provided via Google AdMob.
• Fair Play & Economy: Using bots, memory tampering, or automated ad spoofing to artificially generate coins is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension.

While using Dhaga, you agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the app or its decision graph engine.
• Scrape, extract, copy, or redistribute any story content, scripts, artwork, or audio assets without explicit written authorization.
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or use unauthorized memory manipulation tools or emulated cheats to alter points, coins, or story state.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of game servers, MongoDB sync endpoints, or connected APIs.

The application provides offline-first chapter caching. We are not responsible for lost progress caused by manual device file tampering, unverified third-party cleaning tools, or operating system storage purges.

Dhaga is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dhaga and Alok Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or inability to use the game.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time by updating this document. Continued use of the application or website following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
