Our application offers branching interactive thriller narratives, tactical espionage missions, and decision-driven outcomes. All personal data handling is kept strictly minimal and purpose-bound.

We collect only the essential data necessary to deliver and improve your game experience:

• Account & Authentication Data: If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive basic public profile information (such as your display name, email address, and avatar) solely to synchronize your story progress, decision history, and coin wallet across devices.
• Guest Session Identifiers: If you play in Guest Mode, a random anonymous device identifier is created locally on your device to maintain your story progress without collecting any personal identity details.
• Gameplay & Progression Data: In-game decisions, chapter completion states, unlocked endings, decision points, and karma levels are saved to deliver non-linear storytelling.
• Diagnostic & Performance Logs: Non-personally identifiable diagnostic data, crash logs, and app performance metrics collected via Google Firebase to help us resolve crashes and optimize stability.

Dhaga stores downloaded story packages, character dialogue trees, illustrations, and audio configurations within your device's secure application sandbox.

This enables smooth offline gameplay. When connected to the internet, your game progress can be automatically synchronized with secure cloud backups.

With your explicit permission, we may send push notifications regarding new story episodes, daily bonus rewards, and game announcements.

You may grant, modify, or revoke notification permissions at any time through your device system settings without affecting gameplay functionality.

Dhaga provides a free-to-play experience supported by Google AdMob advertising:

• Optional Rewarded Ads & Banner Ads: Players may choose to view optional rewarded video ads to earn in-game virtual coins used for unlocking story chapters. Non-intrusive banner ads may appear in designated story areas.
• Advertising Privacy: Ads are served in compliance with Google Play Advertising Policies and Google Mobile Ads SDK standards. Google AdMob may use pseudonymous device advertising identifiers to deliver relevant and policy-compliant ads.
• Virtual Currency Policy: Virtual coins and decision points are strictly digital game assets with no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We work exclusively with trusted industry-standard service providers who adhere to strict data security protocols:

• Google Play Services: Authentication, Game Services & Distribution.
• Google AdMob: Compliant In-App Advertising.
• Google Firebase: Crash Diagnostics & Cloud Notifications.

All third-party services process data under strict confidentiality obligations and standard data protection agreements.

Dhaga is intended for a general audience aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13.

If we become aware that personal information of a child under 13 has been collected without verified parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete the information promptly.

We implement industry-standard security measures, including HTTPS encryption in transit, secure storage sandboxing, and tokenized authentication to protect your gameplay and profile data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

You have full control over your personal data:

• Access & Update: View and manage your game display name and profile at any time directly in the Profile tab.
• In-App Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated progress directly within the app under Profile → Delete Account.
• Email Deletion Request: You can also request complete deletion of your account and cloud-synced game records at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of your request, your data will be permanently purged within 30 days.
